Global Payments card reader is integrated with iCHEF POS. Enabling this function, you can easily complete checkout without manually entering the amount!
Please contact your iCHEF sales representative and request to apply for Global Payments Smart Terminal.
After obtaining the Global Payments card reader, go to the iCHEF backend to activate the Global Payments payment module and complete the POS connection settings. You can then officially start using the Global Payments card reader for checkout!
After connecting the card reader for Global Payments with iCHEF POS, you can select [Global Payments payment module] for checkout, and the card reader will enter the amount automatically and complete the process.
When the Global Payments Smart Terminal disconnection may occur due to problems with the environment or devices, please make sure to manually confirm the transaction through the card reader.
When performing shift closing / daily closing on iCHEF POS App, you can check the actual payment amount to complete accounts tallying.
When using Global Payments Smart Terminal to receive payment, you might find that the account recorded by the reports in iCHEF backend is inconsistent with that in Global Payments if you do not refund payment on iCHEF POS App.
