The system offers available dining dates and times to customers based on your ‘Reservation Rules’, automatically error-proofing for you, so you don’t have to worry about booking mistakes.

Store Informatione｜Reservation

Display your store information on the reservation website for the customers to view. Just set up and save the store information in the backend, and the homepage, store information and reservation details of your website will be updated in real time.

Set Online Reservation Notes Field | Reservation

In the advanced reservation settings, you can set a [Notes Field] for the reservation website, allowing customers to provide additional information upfront when making a reservation, such as needing a high chair or having vegetarians.

Special Days | Reservation

You can adjust for specific days (e.g., Store Holidays, Consecutive Holidays) to [Full Day Unavailable for Reservation] or [Custom Time Slot Reservation Availability], which will override the original fixed slots.

Real-Time Reservation List｜Reservation

For the reservation function, you can check the real-time reservation list in the backend aside from the page for managing reservation on iCHEF POS App. In this way, whenever you receive a reservation request via social media or other channels, you can easily add or edit the reservation info with your mobile phone anywhere!
