In the advanced reservation settings, you can set a [Notes Field] for the reservation website, allowing customers to provide additional information upfront when making a reservation, such as needing a high chair or having vegetarians.
You can adjust for specific days (e.g., Store Holidays, Consecutive Holidays) to [Full Day Unavailable for Reservation] or [Custom Time Slot Reservation Availability], which will override the original fixed slots.
[Reservable Dining Time Slots] are not linked to [Business Hours] settings, so restaurants can set specific open reservation slots.
Configuring ‘Table Availability’ lets you define the guest count options customers see on your reservation website. The system then reserves tables accordingly, ensuring you never overbook.
Through the backend’s [Open Reservation Period], you can set reservations to be open only within a certain number of days. Once set, this will affect the [Dining Date] options displayed on the reservation website.
By setting your restaurant’s [Table Usage Duration] and [Seat Hold Time], the system will determine table usage and display these on the reservation website. This ensures the website only shows available time slots, and the POS displays [Reserved] indicators, holding tables for you.
Want to maximize reservations and not waste a single empty table? Simply add [Table Groups] based on your in-store table layout, and the system will automatically combine nearby tables for you, creating more reservation opportunities!
