This function can effectively block the customers who use the mobile phone numbers in the list to make a reservation online. Moreover, when you add a reservation from POS or the backend, the system will do a matching check automatically to help you identify whether the customer(s) is/are in the blacklist.

For the reservation function, you can check the real-time reservation list in the backend aside from the page for managing reservation on iCHEF POS App. In this way, whenever you receive a reservation request via social media or other channels, you can easily add or edit the reservation info with your mobile phone anywhere!

All reservation slips will be centrally displayed on the iCHEF POS App’s [Reservation] page. From viewing to Seat Guests, managing everything on the same page is more convenient.

Restaurants can modify reservation information on the iCHEF POS App reservation page as long as it’s before the customer dines at the store or before the reservation day ends.

When reserved guests arrive, staff can use [Seat Guests] to have the system automatically create an order at the reserved table and import the reservant’s information.

Reservation slips can include [Internal Notes] and [Customer Notes]. They will only appear on the iCHEF POS App reservation page if entered.

Customers can modify their reservations directly on the reservation website. When changes affect “today’s” reservations, the iPad will provide real-time notifications, allowing in-store staff to stay updated instantly.
