Orders in the waiting area and dine-in area can be moved to other tables by pressing and dragging them. Orders can also be dragged and merged with other orders.
Changing Table
How to Do

Changing table means moving the order to another table. Click and hold on the order, and drag it to a new table and then drop to complete. When there are customers need to change seats, you can do so to update table information.
Print Type

You can print out tickets to remind your staff of table changing.
Printer Setup
- Go to Shop Management > Printer Settings
- Click the printers for customer copy or kitchen receipt
- Click the printing rules, find the settings of [Print Timing] and select [Change of table]

Merging Orders
How to Do

Merging orders means combining two different orders. Click and hold on the order, and drag it to the top of another order to complete. If there are more than two orders for one table, you can merge the orders to combine their amount for checkout.

- Go to Shop Management > Printer Settings
- Click the printers for customer copy or kitchen receipt
- Click the printing rules, find the settings of [Print Timing] and select [Merge Orders]

Notice
When merging two orders, the number of guests will be added together. Below are the changes and impacts on the number of guests for various types of merging orders.
