With foodpanda Integration, you can set up your menu on iCHEF backend and sync the menu with foodpanda.

• Auto-Issue Taiwanese E-Invoice (Taiwan Region only)
  The E-invoice will be auto-issued when accepting orders. Tax ID (if provided) will be auto-applied as well.

Starting 1st November 2022, foodpanda will be a paid service on iCHEF POS:

• SGD $35/ month.
• You can prepay till the end of your contract.

Under the restrictions of foodpanda, please note the limits and requirements before enabling the integration service.

Editing Menu

• To make changes to the menu on foodpanda, please edit menu on iCHEF backend to prevent menu adjustment being overridden.

Print Type

• The print type of a set menu will be different when offering a set menu on foodpanda. The items ordered will be in the format of modifiers.

Discrepancies

• When discounts given by foodpanda are applied, you might find discrepancies in revenue between iCHEF POS and foodpanda.
• When voiding a paid order, please confirm that foodpanda has made the return before you void the order on iCHEF POS.

Requirement

• Your foodpanda account should be signed up as [restaurant] vertical.
• After the integration, the goDroid device should be turned on and logged in. So that your store will be available on foodpanda platform.

Processing Time

• With a foodpanda account, it takes 7 working days to enable foodpanda integration.
