Once integrated, you will receive notifications in iCHEF POS app when there are new orders placed on GrabFood.
When new orders come, you will receive a push notification and a sound reminder on iCHEF POS. All the orders will be auto-accepted, and you can check order details in iCHEF POS app.

The order will be auto-accepted in iCHEF POS app, and kitchen tickets will be printed according to your settings.

Close an Order
After the meal being picked up, you can close the orders by three different ways:
- Swipe to close
- Drag to trash bin
- Open the order details and click [Picked Up]
When receiving a new order from GrabFood, iCHEF POS system will print the tickets out according to your settings under Shop Management > Printer Settings.
You can cancel an order through GrabFood app, or contacting Grab support. When the order is cancelled, you will receive notifications and printed tickets.

When the order being cancelled, you will receive a push notification in iCHEF POS app, and the order in Takeout/Delivery area will be removed.
iCHEF POS app will auto-issue a credit note for the cancelled order. Other tickets will be printed according to your settings under Shop Management > Printer Settings.
To print tickets when an order being deleted, please go to Shop Management > Printer Settings, and select [Delete an Order] under [Print Timing].
