iCHEF POS supports the import and export of member list. The member base you strove to collect can be converted to a new POS system.
Import Member Info
Fill in the member information in the template Excel file, set up the initial loyalty points for the members, and upload the file to iCHEF backend.
- Download the template Excel file
- Fill in all of the required columns with member information
- Required columns: mobile phone number (values cannot be repeated), customer type (Customer or Member)

- Go to Customer Management > Customer Info.
- Click the […] icon and select [Import members data].
- Select the file, and click [Save] to complete.
If there is any entry in the Excel file that fails to be imported, the entire file will not be imported. Please download the Error List, check why your files cannot be imported, adjust the data and upload the file again.
Export Member Info
- Go to Customer Management > Customer Info.
- Click the […] icon and select [Export members data].
- Click [Confirm] to export.
If you wish to apply filters when exporting the member list, you can adopt advertising segmentation to accurately filter out the unwanted data and export the Excel file.
