[Points & Rewards] View Loyalty Points Activity Records

Track Points Records of Customer

View on iCHEF POS

  1. Go to Toolbox > Customer Management
  2. Search for your customer by phone number and access the details of customer info
  3. Tap [Points History] to view the records

View on iCHEF Backend

  1. Go to Customer Management > Customer Info.
  2. Search for your customer by phone number and access the details of customer info
  3. Tap [Points History] to view the records

Customers Check from Their Member Account

Customers can log in to their member account to check their point history.

Points & Rewards Records

  1. Go to Sales & Report > Points & Rewards Records
  2. Click the [date bar] to configure filter options

Start Date & End Date

You can refine a data range from 1 to 93 days.

Data Filter Conditions

You can set up advanced filter options to refine your data

  • Guests number: filter the orders by guest number.
  • Time range: filter the orders by time range with the unit as hours.
  • Dine In/Takeout: filter the orders by order types (dine-in, takeout or delivery).
  • Selected modules: filter the orders by the loyalty points campaigns you created.

Grouping by

You can group the data by invoice status of the order, or by the loyalty points campaigns you created.

Sort by invoice: invoice being issued or voided

An order might benefit from several loyalty points program. Number of invoices & Number of participants in total might differ from the sum of all campaigns.
