You can purchase the printers with iCHEF for your convenience and elevate operational efficiency. In addition to the warranty provided by the original factory, you can enjoy additional subsidies for the spare parts of the printer. If your hardware is not working properly, don’t fret. iCHEF will provide the backup printer for temporary use, while your hardware is being repaired so that your operations can continue without interruption. How to connect the printer with iCHEF POS
Types of receipt printers that iCHEF POS supports may differ depending on the specific model of the receipt printer. There are three ways to transmit data: the LAN network, the USB connection, or the Bluetooth connection. For regular users, if the printer is connected to the same network as iCHEF POS, you can directly use the IP address (DHCP) provided by the router. How to Set the Paper Roll and Replacement
There are restrictions on the paper rolls applicable to different models of printers. When the paper roll does not apply to the printer and the paper roll or the paper roll does not meet the specification, it may cause paper jams and cutter locks. Continuously maintaining the cleanliness of the printer can extend its service life of the printer. If the printer prints out unclear or smudged receipts please try to clean the print head by removing any paper scraps that may stick on it. Star and GoDEX can quickly determine the reason for the inability to print receipts from the blinking of the LED light signal. How to Use the mPOP Multi-Function Button and the Lock Release Lever to Open the Cash Drawer

How to Adjust the Print Density for mC-Print3

GoDEX Printing Position Offset

Initialize Printer Setting
To maintain the best condition of the printer. iCHEF POS design all forms of receipts based on the “original factory settings.” If purchasing a second-hand printer has a printing offset situation, it is recommended to restore the printer to the original factory settings to solve the problem.
