If your restaurant has multiple preparation stations, we recommend adjusting the order of printing to match the order of ticket sending.
Order of Printing
iCHEF POS prints tickets one by one in the order of the sequence of printers and their rules. Please refer to the demonstration below:
The order of printing as shown in the image above is: 1-1 > 1-2 > 1-3 ….. 2-1 ….
Reorder Printers
- Go to Shop Management > Printer Settings
- Click the
icon - Drag to arrange the order and click [Save sorting] to complete
Reorder Printing Rules
- Go to Shop Management > Printer Settings
- Click [Reorder]
- Drag to arrange the order and click [Save sorting] to complete
You can only rearrange the rules for the same printer. Dragging a rule for one printer to another printer is not supported.
