[Membership] Member Login and Account Center

Enable [Allow Member Login]

Enable [Member Login] and let customer register as a member on your ordering page. Customer information will be updated to Customer Management > Customer Info, providing more detail for membership marketing.

  1. Go to Online Store > Member Login Settings
  2. Toggle on [Allow Member Login]
  1. To require customers login before they place an order online, toggle on [Member Login Required]

Depends on login requirement settings, customers can access to different functions.

Customer Information

When customers register as a member on your ordering page, customer info will be updated to Customer Management > Customer Info. If the phone number has already registered on iCHEF POS, customer info will be displayed separately.

1. Once a member registered online matches your member info on iCHEF POS, this member account can’t be deleted by the store.
2. Customers can only view their online store account, your editing on iCHEF POS won’t be visible.

Account Center

Customers can register as a member by clicking [Log in]. They will receive a verification code by text message to complete the registration.

Member basic info

Members can edit their profile in account center, and you can view customer info in Customer Management > Customer Info. Members can only view their online store account, your editing on iCHEF POS won’t be visible.

My Points

Customers can check their point history in Member Center > My Points (the records are listed chronologically, with the latest transaction on the top).

To apply discounts or points campaign to orders from Mobile Ordering (Dine-in) page, please ask the customers to select [Pay at Counter] while placing an order. Then you can apply this discount on iCHEF POS at checkout.

My Coupons

Customers can check available coupons and usage history in Member Center > My Coupons.

My Orders

Customers can go to Account Center > My Orders to check their ongoing orders and completed orders placed from online store. Please note that on-site orders are excluded from the list.

Card Management (Taiwan Region Only)

Customers can add credit cards to [Card Management]. When visiting any stores that collaborate with iCHEF, they can log in and pay with the credit cards saved in their accounts.

The system will process a transaction of NT$1 to verify their cards. iCHEF did not save any card information. Transactions are completed via an encrypted authentication token that is time-based to ensure security. If the token is invalid, the customer has to add the card again.
