On the login page of iCHEF POS App, you can do a basic login, choose to update menu for this login, or access the troubleshooting information. Please refer to the following instructions.

Account and Password
- Store ID: Your store’s main account. iCHEF will sync the business data of the POS with this account.
- Login ID and password: Your employees’ accounts for login. You can configure the accounts in [Account & Authorization] in the backend to differentiate the access rights of your employees to the functions on the App. (Learn More)
Login
After entering your account and password, you can choose to update menu and log into the App, or log into the App directly.

Troubleshooting Information
- System status: You can check the current operating mode, App version, date of updating menu, and network connection.
- Secure reset: You need to perform this function to ensure proper data uploading when changing iPad.
- Login troubleshooting: You can check the problems frequently asked by users and their suggested solutions when encountering login issues.
