When from the phone, Facebook fan group … and other channels, when receiving consumer orders, the estimated pick-up time can be set for on-site take-out orders, so that the management of reservation orders is clearer.
Step 1: Create an Takeout Order
- Go to Takeout/Delivery Area
- Click [Takeout] to create a new order

Step 2: Adjust Pickup Time
- Click the calendar icon
- Click [Pickup time]
- Select the date & time, and click [Save] to complete

- Go to Shop Management > Restaurant Flow Settings
- Enter the length of meal preparation (minutes) in [Take-out time will expire reminder]

- When the type of takeaway order is changed to a reservation order, the original order number will be adjusted to a 5-digit English order number

Step 3: Send to the Kitchen
After adding the items and adjusting pick up time, you can choose whether to send the order to the kitchen right away or hold it for a while.
Hold and Send Later
Click the [<] button to save and go back to the main page.

Send Right Away
Click [Submit] to send the order to the kitchen.
