Set up Points Rewarding Rules
Customers earn (M) points for every $(N) spend. For example:

Your customers will earn 1 point for every $100 they spend. See how the points being rewarded:
- An order for a total of $100 : Get 1 point.
- An order for a total of $250 : Get 2 point.
Applied order sources
You can apply points program to different order sources, such as iCHEF POS, Online Store, and third-party delivery. You can toggle on [Rewards QR Code] to allow customers collecting points by scanning QR Code.
When toggled on, the campaign is applied to the orders created on iCHEF POS. You can reward points to your customers at checkout page of iCHEF POS.

Online Store can apply maximum 1 points earning and 1 points redeem campaign.
Reward/redeem priority for Online Store is fixed as “Redeem Points First”. Customers can check points history in their account center.
If the customer has logged in when placing the order online, iCHEF POS will auto-fill in customer info at checkout. You can also search membership by phone number. Customers will earn the points after checkout.
When toggled on, the campaign is applied to the orders from third-party delivery. Enable [Rewards QR Code] to allow customers collecting points by scanning QR Code.
When toggled on, staffs will have to enter passcode to enable/disable loyalty program on iCHEF POS.

All staff can enable/disable discounts on iCHEF POS.
