iCHEF POS enables you to confirm if the meals have been served via 2 ways. One is guset check, and the other is the records by iCHEF POS. The former one allows you to mark the status of meals serving on the receipt without the need of checking on iCHEF POS, while the latter one helps you to track the kitchen staff’s efficiency in preparing meals.

Manage through Guest Check

If your store provides guest checks, you can place the receipt on the table and mark the status of meals when serving.

Manage through iCHEF POS

1. Go to Shop Management > Restaurant Flow Settings
2. Toggle on [Service Confirmation] under [Restaurant Flow Setting].

3. After the order is sent, all of the items are labeled in yellow as they have not been served.
4. Click the served items to change their status into [Served] and click [Submit] to confirm.

5. When all of the items have been served, the order’s color will change from yellow to green.
