To use Global Payments Smart Terminal and its integration with iCHEF POS, please apply for this service by following the steps below:

Step 1: Make a request
Please contact your iCHEF sales representative and request to apply for Global Payments Smart Terminal. Our Global Payments partners will contact you and provide application documents.
Step 2: Submit application
After filling in the documents, please submit them to our Global Payments partners for review.
Step 3: Wait for review and notification
After you submit the application, our Global Payments partners will notify you of the result in 2 to 3 weeks and schedule the installation of card reader.
Application done! Time for installing card reader
After installing Global Payments Smart Terminal, you will receive an ID, password and device. If you have any question about the card reader, please contact the customer service of Global Payments directly. (See the back of card reader for contact info.)
