The cash drawer is designed for consumers to make cash payments. It helps merchants manage cash more effectively and enhances security, allowing them to decide whether to automatically pop open the cash drawer based on different situations.
Cash Drawer Control
Setup method
➤ Backend location: Payment Settings > Payment Modules
When adding or editing a payment module, you can set the “cash drawer switch” to determine whether the cash drawer should open during checkout with that payment module.

After completing the backend settings, please log in to the POS with “Update menu” to activate the changes.
If multiple payment methods are used for a single order at checkout, the cash drawer will pop open if any of the payment modules have the cash drawer switch enabled.
