All hardware repairs will be handled by the authorized local hardware vendor (Spartan), while iCHEF provides remote configuration and software support.
Repair Process
Step 1 – Confirm the Issue
Before contacting Spartan for repair, please prepare and confirm the following information:
- Printer model
- Issue description (e.g., not printing, paper jam, won’t power on)
- Photos or videos of the issue (if available)
Reminder:
Please contact iCHEF Customer Support first, so we can perform remote troubleshooting (e.g., hardware settings, network connection). If the issue is confirmed to be hardware-related, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 – Contact and Send the Printer to the Authorized Vendor
- Please contact Spartan directly to arrange repair and send the printer to them for inspection.
- When contacting Spartan, please provide the following information to speed up the repair process:
- Printer serial number (found on the label at the bottom of the printer: Sample Image)
- Issue description
- Photos or videos of the issue (if available)
