You can edit the Store Information displayed on the Mobile Ordering (Takeout) website via Online Store > Mobile Ordering (Takeout) > Store Information .
Store Information
Includes Store Name, Contact Number, Store Address and Location, and Average pick up time.
Enter your store address and locate it on Google Map.
- Go to Online Store > Mobile Ordering (Takeout/Delivery) > Store Information
- Click the [pen] icon of the [Store Address and Location] column
- Enter store address
- Store Address and Location: Required to include city/county, road/street and house number
- Address Remarks: Enter any notable landmarks for delivery person to locate the store
- Click [Locate the Store Location] or [Reposition] and check if the pin marks the right location
- If where the pin marks on the map is different from actual location, you can drag the map and click on the store’s location to complete.
If the address you enter is not in the database of Google Maps, the system might be unable to locate the store. In this case, please enter the address with more detail (such as city/county, road/street, house number etc.)
Calculation example:
Average pickup time will affect the pickup time or the delivery time reported to customers. The calculation is based on the maximum average pickup time (in minutes).

You can directly access the iCHEF POS Toolbox > Online Ordering Function Adjust the average preparation time of meals or log in to the background to go to the [Online Store > Mobile Ordering (Takeout))> Store Information] of the store is adjusted, and the settings on both sides will be updated synchronously.
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance on online sales operators from January 1, 2023, when a store provides online sales services, it should disclose the “name of the business person” and the “unified number” of the tax registration, so if the following conditions are met, the information will be displayed in the restaurant information of the cloud restaurant.
Display conditions
- Condition 1: Have enabled takeout/delivery ordering or internal QR code ordering (either)
- Condition 2: Have issued Taiwan e-invoices through iCHEF POS or have not used iCHEF POS to issue Taiwan e-invoices but have signed a contract with iCHEF as a “legal person”.
What should I do if the information is incorrect?
Please adjust the display information according to the instructions below the Business Person field.
Opening Hours Settings
After setting, you can directly view the daily Opening Hours displayed on the website below. The website’s Current Business Status will automatically switch on/off based on the settings on this page.
Opening hours are linked to the following feature settings. After adjusting, please re-confirm to ensure the online takeout/delivery menu displays correctly.
▪︎ Scheduled Orders Settings > Pickup Time:The reservation time must fall within the [Opening Hours] for customers to be allowed to place a pre-order.
▪︎ Menu Settings > Serving Hours:Items must comply with both the [Opening Hours] and the [Serving Hours] to be displayed on the Online Menu.
To set an overnight hours, please add 2 rules to cover your opening hours. Here’s an example of opening for 23:00-02:00 :

Reminders
You can enter information you want to announce to customers in the Reminders field and customize the default display method.
Cover Image
You can upload a maximum of 4 images for the Cover Image. When there are 2 or more images, they will be displayed in a carousel format. (Cover images are sorted by upload time. To adjust the display order, you must delete and re-upload them sequentially.)
When sharing the ordering website URL on services that support website thumbnails (e.g., Facebook, LINE), the first image will be used as the thumbnail. However, since each platform has different thumbnail display methods and caching times, the thumbnail may not change instantly.
Since the Online Store website supports various devices (e.g., computers, tablets, mobile phones, etc.), and the image display size varies across each device, it is recommended to place important information in the center of the image to prevent it from being cropped or displayed incompletely on certain screens.
