Enter your store address and locate it on Google Map.
- Go to Online Store > Mobile Ordering (Takeout/Delivery) > Store Information
- Click the [pen] icon of the [Store Address and Location] column
- Enter store address
- Store Address and Location: Required to include city/county, road/street and house number
- Address Remarks: Enter any notable landmarks for delivery person to locate the store
- Click [Locate the Store Location] or [Reposition] and check if the pin marks the right location
- If where the pin marks on the map is different from actual location, you can drag the map and click on the store’s location to complete.

If the address you enter is not in the database of Google Maps, the system might be unable to locate the store. In this case, please enter the address with more detail (such as city/county, road/street, house number etc.)

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance on online sales operators from January 1, 2023, when a store provides online sales services, it should disclose the “name of the business person” and the “unified number” of the tax registration, so if the following conditions are met, the information will be displayed in the restaurant information of the cloud restaurant.
Display conditions
- Condition 1: Have enabled takeout/delivery ordering or internal QR code ordering (either)
- Condition 2: Have issued Taiwan e-invoices through iCHEF POS or have not used iCHEF POS to issue Taiwan e-invoices but have signed a contract with iCHEF as a “legal person”.

Opening Hours Settings
After setting, you can directly view the daily Opening Hours displayed on the website below. The website’s Current Business Status will automatically switch on/off based on the settings on this page.

Opening hours are linked to the following feature settings. After adjusting, please re-confirm to ensure the online takeout/delivery menu displays correctly.
▪︎ Scheduled Orders Settings > Pickup Time:The reservation time must fall within the [Opening Hours] for customers to be allowed to place a pre-order.
▪︎ Menu Settings > Serving Hours:Items must comply with both the [Opening Hours] and the [Serving Hours] to be displayed on the Online Menu.
