Discounts and Coupons
When there is a promotion, the takeaway/delivery ordering website will display discount labels and obvious product price adjustment displays to attract consumers to buy.
A: Discount Tag
The text on discount tag is generated automatically by discount type.

B: Discount Price
When applying discounts for specific items, the price after discount will be marked under the item.
Customers can click the discount tag to see more detail. If there are multiple discounts, they’ll be applied in sequence.
Points and Rewards
After login, customers can earn/redeem points at checkout on your ordering page.
If the order is ordered online, the calculation method of point issuance is “redeem the point first and then collect the point”, and when you choose to pay when you choose to pick up the order, the point will be calculated according to the order of the points on iCHEF POS.
A: Redeem Points
Customers enter the amount of points they want to redeem.
B: Earn Points
Based on the points rewarding rule you set, customers can earn the points calculated by total amount after discounts.
Event Description
The event description can let consumers know what activities are being carried out by the takeaway/delivery ordering site.
Discount Description
The offer description will be displayed at the top of the offer description window, and the settings can be entered in the “Promotions” section of the Cloud Restaurant’s > Takeaway/Delivery Ordering > campaign description .
Points & Rewards Description
The point activity description will be displayed on the menu page of takeaway/delivery ordering, please go to the “Point Activity Description” in the “Point Event Description” of the cloud restaurant’s > takeaway/delivery order > activity description .
