iCHEF & Stripe Online Credit Card Service Adjustments
Thank you for your continued support of iCHEF. In response to financial regulations across different markets, iCHEF has ceased accepting new applications and the integration of Stripe online payment services as of January 2026.
To ensure a smooth online ordering experience for your customers, please complete the following steps:
1 | Deactivate Stripe Payment Module
Go to iCHEF Backend > Online Store > Mobile Ordering (Dine-in) / Mobile Ordering (Takeout) > “Payment Module Settings” page, and deactivate Stripe.
2 | Update Menu on iCHEF POS
After deactivation, “Update Menu” on iCHEF POS. This will hide the “Online Credit Card” payment option on the customer-facing ordering website.
Auto Add Stripe as Payment Method
Stripe payment module will be automatically added when verification has been completed.
If Stripe payment module is not added as expected, such as:
It might occur when the version of iCHEF POS is outdated. To resolve this:
- 請至 App Stroe 將 iCHEF POS 更新到最新版本並且重新登入
- 請至 雲端餐廳 > 外帶/外送訂餐 > 支付方式設定 或 雲端餐廳 > 內用掃碼點餐 > 支付方式設定 將 Stripe 狀態調整為「啟用」
It might occur when you active Mobile Ordering(Takeout) or Mobile Ordering(Dine-in) later than the application of Stripe. To resolve this:
- 請至 雲端餐廳 > 外帶/外送訂餐 > 支付方式設定 或 雲端餐廳 > 內用掃碼點餐 > 支付方式設定
- Click [+ Add payment module] and select [Stripe]
Enable Stripe on Online Store
請將 iCHEF POS 「套用新設定檔」登入，消費者即可在雲端餐廳的購物車中使用 Stripe。
Marks on Paid Order
A notification will pop up when you receive the first order paid via Stripe.
A dollar symbol will be tag on paid orders, and the order icon will be marked as blue.
已結帳訂單在點選訂單後，可以查看訂單的完整內容，但無法調整訂單內的商品內容，若要作廢已結帳訂單且訂單尚未出店時，可以直接點選訂單中的「取消並作廢」，或者可以從 工具箱 > 交易查詢與作廢 作廢訂單，當訂單作廢後，款項也將一併全額退還給消費者，Stripe 仍然會與收取該筆訂單的手續費。
Payment Method Displayed on Receipt
Payment method on the receipt will print as Online Payment.
