Restaurants can modify reservation information on the iCHEF POS App reservation page as long as it’s before the customer dines at the store or before the reservation day ends.

There are two ways to modify: you can tap the reservation slip to enter and edit all information; or directly drag the reservation slip in Timeline mode to change the time and seating.

1. Modify by Tapping Reservation Slip

In any view mode, you can directly tap a reservation slip, select [Modify Reservation] to enter the reservation slip and edit all information. Modification steps are as follows:

• Step 1: On the reservation page, select a reservation slip, then tap [Modify Reservation].
• Step 2: Enter the edit page and modify reservation information items. Modifiable content is as follows:
  • Reservation Date & Time
  • Guest Count
  • Table Arrangement
  • Reservant Information
  • Internal Notes
  • Table Usage Duration
• Step 3: Save the reservation to complete the modification. Items that will synchronize to the customer’s [Reservation Information Webpage] are:
  • Reservation Date & Time
  • Guest Count
  • Reservant Information

2. Modify by Direct Dragging

Must use [Timeline] view mode. Simply press and hold the reservation slip to drag it directly to the desired time and table for modification. Modification steps are as follows:

• Step 1: Drag the reservation slip and release it at the designated location. Modifiable content is as follows:
  • Reservation Date & Time
  • Table Arrangement
• Step 2: Confirm the reservation modification. Items that will synchronize to the customer’s [Reservation Information Webpage] are:
  • Reservation Date & Time

In Timeline mode, [Non-Reservable Dining Time Slots] (including [Store Holidays]) will be marked with a gray diagonal line. If this area is inadvertently altered, the system will also provide error-proofing automatic reminders, so you don’t have to worry about booking mistakes.
